Let's answer all your questions!

How does Hypnotherapy work?

Clinical Hypnotherapy works by:

Suggestion and Reprogramming

While in hypnosis, you become more open to suggestions. Hypnotherapists use this suggestibility to introduce positive and constructive ideas to the subconscious. This process aims to reprogram or reshape certain thought patterns or behaviors.

Exploring Root Causes

Hypnotherapy often involves delving into the root causes of issues, such as phobias, habits, or emotional distress. By accessing the subconscious, our hypnotherapists help you recall and understand events or experiences that may be influencing your current challenges.

Modifying Perceptions and Beliefs

The subconscious mind holds deep-seated beliefs and perceptions formed throughout life. Our hypnotherapists work to identify and modify negative or limiting beliefs, promoting more positive and empowering perspectives.

Emotional & Behavioral Modifications

Traumatic experiences and unresolved emotions often reside in the subconscious. Hypnotherapy can be a tool for processing and releasing these emotions, fostering emotional healing and resilience, as well as producing long lasting behavioral changes.
