Raha Hypnotherapy Platform - Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the client ("Client") and Raha Hypnotherapy Platform ("Raha") for the purchase of hypnotherapy sessions. By completing the purchase process, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Session Purchase:
1.1 The Client has purchased hypnotherapy sessions through the Raha platform.
1.2 Sessions are conducted by certified clinical hypnotherapists listed on the Raha platform.
2. Payment and Fees:
2.1 Payment for the sessions is due at the time of purchase through the Raha platform.
2.2 The Client will be charged the specified session fee, covering the session duration with the certified clinical hypnotherapist.
3. Cancellation and Refund:
3.1 Cancellations are subject to the Raha Cancellation Policy outlined in the applicable policy document.
3.2 refund will only be issued to users who are deemed unsuitable for our services.
4. Late Arrival Policy:
4.1 Clients are expected to be punctual for their scheduled sessions.
4.2 If a client is late, the session will still conclude at the scheduled end time, and the full session fee will be charged.
5. Rescheduling Policy:
5.1 Clients may request to reschedule a session included in the package based on therapist availability.
5.2 Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the original session time.
6. No-Show Policy:
6.1 Clients who do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
6.2 Repeated no-show incidents may result in limitations on future session bookings.
7. Outcomes Not Guaranteed:
7.1 Hypnotherapy outcomes may vary, and results are not guaranteed. Individual experiences differ based on various factors.
8. Consultation with Physician:
8.1 Clients are advised to consult with their physician before participating in hypnotherapy sessions, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions.
9. Privacy Disclaimer:
9.1 Raha is not HIPAA secured; absolute privacy cannot be guaranteed. Clients acknowledge and accept this limitation when using our services.
10. Confidentiality:
10.1 All sessions conducted within the package plans are confidential. Information shared during sessions will be kept private and secure.
11. Communication:
11.1 All communication regarding sessions, bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling will be conducted through the Raha platform.
11.2 Clients are responsible for checking and responding to notifications promptly.
12. Client's Booking Restrictions:
12.1 Clients are not allowed to book hypnotherapy sessions separately with the hypnotherapists featured on Raha.
12.2 All sessions must be booked exclusively through the Raha platform to avoid legal actions.
13. Policy Acknowledgment:
13.1 Clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Session Purchase Agreement upon completing the purchase process.
By using Raha Hypnotherapy, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. It is my responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
Raha Hypnotherapy Subscription Plan: Terms and Policies
1. Subscription Fee:
- The monthly subscription fee is $500, billed at the registration anniversary date each month.
- This amounts to $125 per week, providing you with access to one 60-minute hypnotherapy session per week.
2. Session Redemption:
- Each week, you are entitled to one 60-minute hypnotherapy session.
- Sessions cannot be accumulated or carried over to subsequent weeks. If a session is not redeemed within the week, it is forfeited.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time.
- If you choose to cancel in the middle of the month, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remainder of the current month.
4. Session Duration:
- Each hypnotherapy session is 60 minutes long.
5. Hypnotherapist Change:
- If, for any reason, you would like to change your assigned hypnotherapist, you have the option to do so. Please contact our support team to facilitate the change.
6. Missed Week Policy:
- If a weekly session is not redeemed within the specified week, it cannot be redeemed at a later date. It is essential to use your allotted session within the weekly timeframe.

By subscribing to our plan, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and policies. We are committed to providing you with a positive and enriching hypnotherapy experience.
